United Portraits — Help & Text Messaging Program
United Portraits is a school and youth-sports photography company. You can reach our
team several ways — text us, send us a message, or track an order — from our
help center.
Text (SMS) messaging program
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or
transaction. Opting in is entirely voluntary.
If you opt in, we send informational and transactional messages: picture-day
scheduling and logistics, photo order and delivery updates, absentee/retake
coordination, and replies to support inquiries you send us. We do not send marketing
blasts through this program.
How you opt in: On our Text Us form you enter your
name, mobile number, and message, and you may check an unchecked-by-default consent
box. You may also text our number first to start a conversation. Opting in is
entirely voluntary; if you prefer not to receive texts, you can contact us another
way from the help center.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out,
